Project Architect

Description:
BCRA is seeking a self-directed Project Architect that can generate red-lines and direct project team and production staff. Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task various projects, keep accurate records & files and follow various submittal guidelines. Qualifications/Experience •College graduate + 6-7 years experience. •WA License or in active process of registration. •Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of each project phase. •Demonstrate the ability to implement and develop any building project. •Demonstrate team leadership w/ Consultants and in-house staff (project coordination). •Demonstrate knowledge of specifications and how they compliment drawings. •Demonstrate knowledge of building codes and the ability to interact code review agencies. •Demonstrate a working knowledge of Word, Excel & MS Project. •Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD (working knowledge of AutoCAD as a minimum). We are looking to hire a talented Project Manager with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. BCRA’s Architects are a forward thinking, energetic group of individuals committed to success. INTERN/DESIGNER - FLEXIBLE HOURS GAZECKI ARCHITECTS

Gazecki Architects

Description:
Qualifications/Experience: 1-3 Years experience and on licensing track. Proficient in residential working drawings; AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Adobe. Design ability desirable. Responsibilities: Work closely with Principal on all phases of design, documentation & construction of firm’s commissions. Develop preliminary drawings and working drawings. Assist in construction review and some administrative activities (word processing and plotting). Firm Profile: Gazecki Architects is a small, design-oriented firm creating architecture of the highest quality. All types of housing, mixed use and light commercial projects are commissioned.
